为联想 OEM 版搜狗输入法补出中英 subtype，让系统输入法框架（与 BetterZUIKey）接管语言切换；并加入标点管线、引号括号自动补全、中文态大写字母、软硬键盘切换与选区/分词修复 / Expose the Chinese/English subtypes that the Lenovo OEM build of Sogou IME withholds, so the system input method framework (and BetterZUIKey) can drive language switching, plus a punctuation pipeline, quote/bracket auto-pairing, uppercase-in-pinyin, soft/hard keyboard mode control, and word-wise selection repair
