SukiSU Ultra管理器发布包。

- 删除未使用的函数和数据类，优化代码结构；更新字符串资源以支持新功能

- 修复 Kpm 文件类型验证和检查模块 ID 提取逻辑
- 优化InfoCard组件，添加图标支持，完善信息呈现
- 更新kpm模块显示逻辑，修复已安装和已卸载的名称显示
- 更新最低支持的内核版本，协调内核兼容性常量
- 添加选择背景时图片位置自由调整
- 将 AGP 版本更新至 8.9.2。
- 添加了对 Android 16 (36) 的支持。
- 更换了新的API并修复了一些小错误。
- 优化图片编辑对话框，添加全屏缩放功能，提高平移限制，保证图片变换的安全。
